Production cycle

Steel Form Group owns the machinery to perform the complete cycle of its products starting from the metal sheet until the final polishing. As for polishing Steel Form Group is specialized in vibro shot-peening with stainless steel balls (tumbling). This process is applied in catering to make surfaces less prone to be attacked by corrosive agents.

From sheet metal to the finished product

The range of machines includes seven newly designed presses from 250 to 1,100 tons, two annealing furnaces, two tunnels for washing the pieces, 3D laser, welding robots, and a department equipped for finishing.
